The establishment is in a secured boomed-off (Security) area namely Terenure Estate. The four units are fully furnished and each consisting of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a lounge. Satellite TVs are installed in all rooms and lounges. Teren-Casa is ideal for individuals, families, or long-term corporate guests. We also host families in “transit” or re-locating who are in the process of emigrating or immigrating.

Because no long-term contracts are required, we are also a preferred option for accommodation while you have an ongoing building project and the Home you are building is not yet ready for occupancy.
